A Murder charge has been levied against Justin Keel, the man suspected in the April death of a toddler. Keel was caring for 19 month old Owen Reak, who died in his crib. Keel says he didn’t hurt the boy, but he has been charged with first degree murder. Keel was arrested in May and charged with reckless child abuse causing death in June. He will be back in court in October.
