New Documents Released in Aurora Theater Murder Case

In court documents released earlier today by the prosecution the suspect in the deadly movie theater attack, James Holmes, had been barred from the Univ. of Colorado campus for threatening a professor several weeks before that fateful night at the Aurora movie theater.  That information contradicts what the University had said that they had denied Holmes access to non-public parts of the campus because he dropped out of school.  Also included in those Friday documents prosecutors claimed the professor reported the threats and Holmes was denied access to the campus as a result of those threats.  Defense claims that those allegations are false as they referred back to university statements.
