San Miguel Combined Court has put out bench warrants for two suspects involved in an animal cruelty case in Norwood.  Both had failed to appear for their arraignment.  The Daily Planet reports that Jonathan Thomas Wilmes and Katelyn Kelly Simmons were charged this summer with eight counts of animal cruelty each after reports from neighbors of animals being neglected for long periods.  The animals were found at their home on County Road 45Y outside of Norwood.  When investigators went to their home to check on the complaints they also found numerous cats and dogs who had been left outside without adequate food or water.
