Bill Delacey, an man who is suspected of killing a male escort has now been extradited back to Mesa County. Authorities tracked him down and arrested him in Pennsylvania on Sept. 28th and now is back in Colorado facing a murder charge in the death of Luis Alberto Vasquez Oliva known as “Beto”. This morning Delacey was booked into the Mesa County jail. He first became a person of interest when investigators found out that he had visited Oliva’s apartment for a massage shortly before Oliva was found dead in his apartment. Delacey claimed that he was being shipped out with the army and that’s why he moved to Pennsylvania. When authorities checked on his story they found that military officials said he left the army in 2008 and was not scheduled to be deployed anywhere.
