A San Jose man was busted early yesterday morning while driving on I-70 when a Western Colorado Drug Task Force officer found drugs in his vehicle.  Cuong Quoc Pham was first pulled over for following another vehicle too closely and speeding through a construction zone.  When the officer stopped him Pham claims he was headed to Denver to apply for a job.  But the officer soon noticed a scent of marijuana coming from the vehicle and when it was searched he found 25 lbs of marijuana along with two cell phones and directions on how to get to Reno, Nev., Grand Junction, and Dallas.  The value of drugs found is considered to have a street value of over $60 thousand.
