The Former Grand Junction Police Officer awaiting trial for sexual assault was arrested yesterday. Eric Janusz was arrested, booked and released for a misdemeanor domestic disturbance. He will be making a court appearance for that charge soon, and will be in court for the sexual assault charges in March.
