It appears progress is being made with Energy Fuels ability to set up their Pinon Ridge Uranium Mill. It appears that the city of Telluride and San Miguel County have reached an agreement with Energy Fuels in building that mill in Paradox. According to the Daily Planet part of the agreement includes provisions that town and county officials were most concerned about. And that is the impact that the Mill will have on air and water qualities as well as the health of its citizens. A couple of stipulations both parties agreed to include inspections by both city and county of Energy Resources facilities and the monitoring of water that would give both city and county the right to impose corrective actions if needed.
