Earlier this afternoon Westminster Police held a Press Conference to give the public the latest information in the Jessica Ridgeway murder case.  Police Chief  Lee Birke, (audio :06sec).

A Charges are expected to be filed against Sigg in the next couple of days and his first court appearance will be at 10am tomorrow morning at the Jefferson County Courthouse.
