Customers can take heart that not all their utility bills are going up.  In fact, Source Gas filed their annual gas cost adjustment with the Colorado Public Utilities Commission and report shows a decrease of 5.16 per cent in a customer’s total annual bill for the upcoming year which covers Nov 1^st through Oct 31 of next year.  The report still must be approved by the Utilities Commission and if it goes through customers will  in their next billing cycle.
