A man who’s already been jailed for selling heroin is now being accused of getting his mother to present fake documents to the judge as well as telling her how and where to sell the drugs. Ryan Boylan was arrested last week on a $50 thousand bond on suspicion of attempt to influence a public servant, conspiracy to distribute heroin and criminal solicitation to commit forgery. Authorities were tipped off by recorded phone calls at the Mesa County jail. In those phone calls he was heard telling his mother to forge paycheck stubs from a local business and give it to the judge for payment for a lower bond. As a result of those phone calls Boylan’s bond is now up to $100 thousand.
