A stabbing took place yesterday and Grand Junction police are asking for the public’s help.  At about 3:30 yesterday afternoon police received a call about a stabbing south of Riverside Parkway on an island.  When police investigated they found there had been a fight between two men which led to one man stabbing the other.  The suspect they’re looking for is described as a white male, mid 30’s, 6’4”, thin build, wearing a camo vest and jeans.  If you have any additional details contact the police  at 970-242-6707.
