Juvenile Being Charged For Weber Fire

U.S. Attorney’s Office and the BLM have charged a juvenile on two counts of juvenile delinquency in regards to the Weber Fire that took place in June. That fire burned over 10 thousand acres of federal, state and private lands near Mancos and caused over $5 million in damages. According to the attorney’s office the juvenile willfully set on fire any timber, underbrush, or grass and other inflammable material on lands owned by the U.S. Government.
