Police on Interstate 70 pulled a Nebraska man over early Tuesday and discovered 20 pounds of cocaine hidden in his car.  Mario Franco was arrested on suspicion of distribution of cocaine and is jailed on $50-thousand bond.  Police became suspicious when they found fresh paint behind the front seat on the floor, which lead to a search and found a hidden compartment with 8 packages of cocaine.
