Today is America Recycles Day.  Montrose residents will start receiving green or blue carts soon for the new single-stream curbside recycling program, that starts after the new year.  This service will be free to all Montrose city residential sanitation customers.  All recyclable materials will go into a 90-gallon cart for collection.
