The Montrose County School District RE-1J Early Childhood Centers, Head Start and Colorado Preschool Program are having a registration on December 4^th for the current year’s waiting list.  To be eligible the child must have been 3 or 4 years old by September 15, 2012.  Please call the Family Service Center, 900 Colorado Avenue, between the hours of 8:30 am and 3:00 pm to schedule an appointment to register.  You will need to bring the following documentation with you:  1) Child’s Birth Certificate    2) Child’s Up-to-Date Immunization Record    3) 2011 Income Tax Return or an employer’s statement and 4) Child’s Medicaid or CHP+ insurance card.  If you have any questions please call 249-5858.
