Delta Groundbreaking Ceremony Tomorrow

The City of Delta is holding a groundbreaking ceremony for Confluence Drive on Friday December 7th at 11am.  The ceremony will be at Gunnison River Drive and Palmer Street.  Everyone is invited to attend.
