Rep. Scott Tipton (R-CO) participated in a reading of the United States Constitution on the House floor.  It was only the second time that it has been read aloud in its entirety in the House of Representatives.  The Constitution was read as amended by Members on a first come, first serve basis. Tipton was selected to read Article II, Section I, Clauses 5 and 7, which pertain to eligibility requirements and compensation of the President of the United States.
