The Tri-County 912 Project meeting featuring Rick Dunlap as guest speaker on Feb 7th drew close to  200 people.   Rick spoke and fielded questions for nearly 2 hours assuring those present from any persuasion he was there to protect ALL of the residents of Montrose County.   Repeatedly he assured the crowd that he would uphold the constitution thru his oath of office.  He urged everyone to contact our Colorado state legislature members to not pass any new bills that violate the constitution and most notably the 2nd Amendment.  The Tri-County 912 Project thanks Rick Dunlap for his stance.
