The Montrose County Commissioners will hold quarterly Town Hall meetings throughout the 2013 calendar year. The purpose of the Town Hall meetings is to provide county residents the opportunity to bring forth issues and concerns to the Montrose Board of County Commissioners. Specifically, residents are encouraged to share thoughts on county, state and federal issues and potential impacts on the community.
The Montrose County Town Hall meeting schedule is outlined below. Please add these dates to your calendar and plan to attend.
- Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. in the County Administration Board Room (161 S. Townsend Ave., Montrose)
- Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. at the Olathe Town Hall (419 Horton, Olathe)
- Wednesday, October 16, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Maher Onion Valley Community Club (Maher)
- Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Nucla Town Hall (Main Street, Nucla)
Please note: the Board of County Commissioners will not take immediate action on any of the items presented during the Town Hall meetings. Any issues brought forth needing additional discussion will be placed on a future agenda and publically noticed.
