One of Colorado’s most experienced broadcasting, business, and advertising professionals is leaving the Western Slope to help his ailing dad in Michigan.  94-Kix, Sunny-103, and KUBC General Manager Paul Orlando has spent more than 3-decades in the radio industry and seen a lot of changes during his career in the broadcasting industry.  Orlando has not only kept up with a fast changing media, he has mastered and spearheaded innovative marketing practices that have helped make Cherry Creek Broadcasting an industry leader, not only in Montrose but throughout the Western United States.  Orlando has managed the radio stations and website in Montrose for 2-years, after transferring here from Southern Arizona, and has been with Cherry Creek since it was formed nearly a decade ago.

He says he has really enjoyed working with Western Slope clients and an amazing team of radio professionals in Montrose.  His last day is Friday but Orlando says he plans on returning to the area to see friends and enjoy the incredible outdoor recreation that the area offers.  Orlando will be replaced by longtime Montrose radio station veteran Stephanie Aller.  Aller literally grew up in the industry and says she’s excited about leading Cherry Creek’s Montrose team.

Aller and Orlando agree that local radio advertising is still a great way for Western Slope businesses to get the “best bang for the buck.”  Business owners interested in getting the word out about their services can contact Aller at (970) 249-4546.
