Approximately 20-thousand acres in Colorado have been burned in the past week by wildfire and now Southern Utah is contending with its own set of mostly lightning sparked blazes.  Moab based National Forest spokesperson Sandy Nelson says the Rock Creek Fire is burning in the iconic Book Cliffs between Grand Junction and Price, Utah, and the Lackey Fan Fire is burning in the Manti-La Sal National Forest just outside of Moab where smoke is visible from Highway-191.
