The search continues for a missing Grand Junction man last seen at ‘The Pub’ in Ouray on June 15th.  San Miguel County Sheriff’s spokesperson Jennifer Dinsmore says Busker’s vehicle was located on Black Bear Pass Road at an elevation of 12-thousand feet on June 17th; this week search and rescue personnel focused their search efforts on that area.  Personnel with the San Miguel and San Juan counties Sheriff’s Departments, the BLM, and the Forest Service along with a K9 officer combed the steep and rugged terrain on foot, motorcycle, ATV, as wel as an Olathe Spay Service helicopter, but were not able to turn up any new leads regarding Busker’s whereabouts.

Dinsmore says authorities believe Busker entered Black Bear Road via Highway 550 at the Summit of Red Mountain Pass.  Dinsmore encourages anyone who may have encountered or spoken with Busker in Ouray or where he parked his ’77 International Scout with a bikini top to call the Sheriff’s Office at (970) 728-9546.
