Delta Mayor Pro-Tem Elected to CML Executive Board

Delta Mayor Pro Tem Mary Cooper has been elected to the Colorado Municipal League Executive Board by members from around the state.

There were a total of 13 candidates from Bennett, Palisade, Nederland, Dolores, Littleton, Golden, Delta, Wheat Ridge, Glenwood Springs, Longmont, Thornton, Denver and Fort Collins. Cooper was the top vote getter in the medium community category which included candidates from Littleton, Golden, Wheat Ridge and Glenwood Springs.

The CML Executive Board is comprised of 19 elected and/or appointed officials who are elected by the membership at an annual business meeting. The Board is responsible for overall finances, management and policy affairs of the League. CML is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization established in 1923 and represents the interests of 266 cities and towns.
