Grand Junction Police Department need your help finding 30 year old Lance Dylan Worrall who is believed to be in the Grand Junction area.  Lance is white, 5’11”, 190 lbs, with brown hair and green eyes and he has failed to register as a sex offender. ACLU Files Lawsuit

The American Civil Liberties Union has filed a federal lawsuit against Grand Junction’s recent ordinance that bans aggressive begging. Grand Junction city officials say the City will assess the claims and will file an answer with the court and they will not be making any comments regarding the case.

North Selig To Be Paved

North Selig avenue In Montrose is gonna be paved this summer. The improvement of that dusty road near the old Jeans Westerner building was driven by relocated traffic signals and improving traffic according to Public Works director John Harris. The city awarded Ridgway Valley the contract. The $347,000 project includes sidewalks and curbing.

CDOT began night work on Highway 550 in Montrose between Ogden Road and Odell Road.  Crews are replacing a culvert across all four lanes of the highway. Coffee with Cops begin March 27th

The Montrose Police Department will be starting a program called “Coffee with the Cops”. This event will be held on the 4th Thursday of each month at 9:00 AM at the Great Harvest Bakery. This will be a very informal event where people can come and drink coffee and ask questions of various police officers.

Norwood Students Recognized by SMPA
