Just a day after being sentenced to life in prison, KJCT has learned that Jerry Nemnich will appeal his conviction. This word came from his attorney Dan King.  Nemnich is in the process of being transferred to prison after being found guilty two weeks ago of murdering Linda Benson and her daughter Kelley in 1975.  [...]

As of about 3:30 Monday afternoon, a fire burning near the Western Colorado Botanical Gardens was 95% contained.
