For at least the third time the John Otto Rock mounted in front of the Museum of the West in Downtown Grand Junction has been vandalized.  Apparently the vandals have taken exception to the swastikas that are engraved on the stone.  Those were carved into the stone in 1915 at the request of John Otto.  [...]
