Thanks to new testing of DNA evidence a man who has served almost 16 years for a 1994 rape and murder of a Palisade woman has been exonerated.  Robert D. Dewey will be in court on Monday for a motions hearing.  Both prosecutors and Dewey’s attorney will file a joint motion to dismiss his conviction.  [...]
