SAN MIGUEL COUNTY  -  Earlier this more San Miguel Power Assoc. cut power unexpectedly causing many customers including radio station KKXK to lose power.  Power was interrupted for about a half hour starting at 10 this morning and then service was restored.  Apparently power was cut so CDOT can continue their construction on Hwy 550.  [...]
